Addor & Associates was established in 1995

By Architect Miriam Addor and by Civil Engineer Marco Addor, professionals with accumulated experience in the area of Architecture and Engineering who envisioned the need to deliver compatible and rationalized projects to the market.

We currently work with four other managing partners in two branches, a headquarters in São Paulo and a subsidiary in São José dos Campos.

TECHNICAL STAFF

With a highly trained and qualified technical team in the departments of Coordination, Project Compatibility, Projects for the production of wall seal designs in BIM (Masonry, Dry Wall), Consultancy and Implementation in the BIM Process (Building Information Modeling) and façades (mortar coatings and dry cementitious systems - Aquapanel, EIFS).

This experience gained in the construction of residential and commercial buildings, hotels, shopping centers and hospitals has been combined with the delivery of more than 3,200 projects throughout Brazil.

TEAM

Miriam Addor

Principal Associate/Associate Principal

Miriam holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP.

Miriam is a specialist in projects and BIM, with certification in BIM from Carnegie Melon University and in Virtual Design Construction from Stanford University. She has also been president of AsBEA Nacional/SP and a CAU-SP councillor.

Currently, in addition to managing projects on behalf of Addor & Associados, she is also Vice-President of AsBEA-BR and Country Representative for AIA International in Brazil.

Marco Addor

Principal

Marco has plenty of experience in project design, engineering and innovation. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo, a post-graduate degree in Production Engineering from the Vanzolini Foundation-EPUSP and a university extension in Business Administration and Finance from FGV.

Since 1995, he has been working for Addor & Associados, achieving more than 3,200 projects in Brazil and abroad. Moreover, he is co-founder of Construliga, an ecossystem of content, relationships and business in the construction industry.

Alberto Wang

Principal

Alberto holds a degreen in Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a post-graduate degree in Project Management from the Vanzolini Foundation/USP. He is in charge of the firm's wall seal designs department.

He has participated in more than 1,000 undertakings in the construction industry. He has worked on the conception of retrofitted wall seal designs and special ventures such as Palácio Tangará (six-star hotel), Comercial Galeria Sul-America Downtown (Rio de Janeiro), Cidade Matarazzo, Fasano Itaim, Florianopolis Airport, SIRIUS (particle accelarator), among others.

Managing Partner

Henrique Lima

Henrique has over 27 years of experience in projects and has been a vital member of the team since joining the company in 1996. He is responsible for developing masonry, drywall and compatibility projects for residential, commercial and hotel buildings. Holding a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAAP and a post-graduate degree in Project Management from the Vanzolini Foundation, he has worked with the country's leading real estate developers and construction companies, accumulating a number of successful contracts.

His work includes studies on project compatibility, masonry and drywall designs, projects for ground slab passages and construction monitoring.

Principal

Natalia Burgui

With a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie in 2009, Natalia has been a member of the Addor & Associados team since 2010, working on the coordination and compatibility of 2D and BIM projects.

Having participated in more than 100 ventures, Natalia is a genuine benchmark in what she does!
